Husora

A home that keeps its own records.

Household software that runs in the household.

Husora is an appliance for a home and the people in it. It keeps track of what the household needs to agree on — what’s for dinner, who’s where, what everyone can and can’t eat — and it does that on hardware you own, in the building you live in.

Most software that knows this much about a family keeps that knowledge somewhere else. Husora is built the other way round: the agents run locally by default, the data stays on the appliance, and connecting it to anything outside the house is a decision you make rather than a condition of using it.

Husora is in development and is not yet available. There is nothing to download here. The Android app is not published on Google Play and is not open for testing; in its current form it requires an appliance to pair with, and pairing is not yet reachable from an installable build. When there is something worth installing, this page will say so.
